Job Description:

Sysfore is looking for young leader(s) to spearhead project planning, management, and governance, fostering seamless collaboration between teams and customers to deliver top-notch results. Aspiring candidates are considered for the role of Associate Project Manager in the Microsoft Business Applications team. Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and must be currently based in Bangalore.
  • Lead the charge in project planning, management, and governance, ensuring we nail every aspect from scope to quality. Direct our dynamic teams, whether they're onshore or offshore, to execute flawlessly. 
  • Team up with implementation wizards, clients, and our support superheroes from start to finish, guaranteeing top-notch results.  
  • Offer your expert guidance and mentorship, keeping expectations in check like a pro.  
  • Conduct regular reviews, performance reviews, goal setting, highlight performance improvement for the team.  
  • Be the driving force behind our delivery evolution, fine-tuning processes and tools to perfection.  
  • Develop and maintain precise time tracking systems, analyzing data for sharper project timelines and resource optimization.   
  • Provide training and support to team members on project management tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  
  • Be the glue that holds our project teams together, smoothing out any bumps in the road for seamless execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks.  
  • Act as the primary advisor for client projects, facilitating the recruitment of top talent to enhance our team's capabilities.  
  • Should have working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in software project management, ensuring adaptability and efficiency across the project lifecycle.  
  • Candidates with experience in managing projects using Zoho Projects or Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools would be given preference.
